Visit after dark this halloween and Step into a World of Haunting Stories and Mystical Melodies!
Single ticket £21.50
Looking for an unforgettable way to celebrate Halloween this year? When the veil between this world and the next is thin and the spirits of the past awaken, dive into the mystical and macabre at Butser Ancient Farm.
Join us as night falls and follow the lanterns down to the great roundhouse for an eerie atmosphere around the fire, where the spirits of the past come alive. Venture into the realm of the unknown, where the boundaries between reality and fantasy blur, and where you may just catch a glimpse of the supernatural…
Our masterful storytellers will send chills down your spine with tales of restless spirits, ghostly apparitions, and ancient curses. Jason Buck will be your host for the evening, as you step into the unknown, where the lines between reality and fantasy blur.
Bernadette Russell will be weaving a tale and re-enacting the magic of the infamous Slavic witch Baba Yaga, who still dwells in the forests of our imaginations and sometimes helps, sometimes tests, the heroes of fairytales. Some say there is a Baba Yaga in every wooded place, some say there is a Baba Yaga inside all of us...
Amidst the eerie tales, let the enchanting sounds of fairy musicians serenade your senses. Fae as Folk will bring their haunting melodies, played on enchanted instruments, to add touch of magic to your Halloween night!
Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the magic of storytelling, the captivating melodies of the fairy realm and the allure of the ancient past.
There will be a bar selling locally produced mead and a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Hot drinks and snacks will also be available to be purchased from our shop.
Come and join us to gather around the fire for a night of wonder, suspense, and enchantment that you won't soon forget!
