Travel back to 881 AD and meet Saxons and Vikings. Members of  The Dark Ages Society will be offering a glimpse of life in the 9th  century and an opportunity to explore parts of Saxon and Viking life with socially distanced demonstrations and displays.

All activities are being planned in a Covid secure way, and we will be limiting numbers on site in order to comply with social distancing and give the best experience for all. We are pleased to have been awarded a ‘Good to Go’ certification from Visit England in recognition of the steps we have taken to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.
