Why are we doing it?
As a not-for-profit, community interest company we exist to inspire and educate about the ancient past, connecting people to the heritage and landscape around them whilst supporting and sharing traditional skills.
Butser Plus allows us to share our stories around the world with people who may not be able to visit us in person. By sharing experimental archaeology projects and activities from the farm, we are hoping to help keep our ancient knowledge, heritage and skills alive.
