If you’re not sure about getting a pass, come for a visit as normal and make your mind up then! You can upgrade to an annual pass as you leave, discounted to reflect the normal tickets you bought.

Your annual pass starts from the date you purchase it, and will expire on that date the following year.

Your pass allows free entrance for the number of people listed on it. It is valid for any day admission, but not other events or workshops.

Make sure you're logged into our website, and select each ticket individually (eg 2 Adult tickets and 2 Child tickets, not a single Family ticket). Your discounts will be automatically applied to your basket. Remember to bring your pass with you when you visit!

Oh no! Here's some common troubleshooting things you can try:

• Are you logged in? Make sure you're logged in with the account you bought the pass on. See below for account help if you need.

• Are you selecting the right tickets? The discount only applies to Adult and Child tickets.

• Are you booking for a visit or something else? Your pass entitles you to free entry for a visit, and unfortunately doesn't apply to other events.

Try searching in your email inbox for the annual pass order confirmation. You'll have made your account with whichever email you received the confirmation to.
